Your Firstie year will be amazing and fleeting — between service selection, Capstone, commissioning prep and final exams, it goes by faster than you'd expect. Wendy Moynihan Photography offers on-location Firstie portrait sessions in and around the Naval Academy, designed to capture this once-in-a-lifetime chapter for you and your family. Every portrait is crafted to reflect the pride, discipline, and personality behind the uniform.

• Location: On the Yard — Wendy has approved access to photograph on USNA grounds

• Best time to book: Spring of Firstie year, before commissioning week fills up. Book a Firstie session anytime September 2026 - May 2027. 

• Session length: 20-60 minutes. 45 minutes is our goal. 

• Investment: Starting at $800 for digital images. Prints, albums, folio boxes, and wall art are also available. Custom packages are available.
